Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in HR roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in leading and motivating an HR team
- Expertise in strategic HR planning and execution
- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
