Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in HR roles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in leading and motivating an HR team
  • Expertise in strategic HR planning and execution
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
