Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience as a Senior Buyer with a minimum of 5 years in procurement roles
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in leading and motivating a procurement team
- Expertise in strategic procurement planning and execution
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement risk management and compliance practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement timelines and objectives
- Develop and enforce robust risk management and compliance protocols within the procurement function
