Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience as a Senior Buyer with a minimum of 5 years in procurement roles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including experience in leading and motivating a procurement team
  • Expertise in strategic procurement planning and execution
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement risk management and compliance practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors, ensuring a diverse and reliable supply chain
  • Drive operational efficiency within the procurement process, implementing best practices to streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement timelines and objectives
  • Develop and enforce robust risk management and compliance protocols within the procurement function
